Learn about the technological, financial, demographic and cultural trends and challenges facing heritage organizations statewide.
A summary of the results of the Oregon Heritage Commission’s recent survey and research will be presented and as a basis for the lunch discussion and afternoon work session. The Lunch time discussion will be framed during this session.

Tables will discuss their regional issues, concerns and solutions in relationship to the OHC report. One person from each table will record the information to be shared and present it during the report back period. One person at each table will have been previously designated as discussion leader and given sample discussion questions.

| Make Your Voice Heard and Create Solutions! |
|
During group discussion identify regional needs and challenges for heritage during the coming decade, and share successes. Then join a facilitator to discover resources for creating solutions to challenges; tools for expanding community support; and steps for creating a regional heritage network. This group will create seeds to take forward and sow in your communities to increase the strength in Oregon Heritage.
