Welcome to the Publishing and Distribution Web Site!
Publishing and Distribution (P&D) is a part of the Department of Administrative Services, State Services Division. P&D is the state's central provider for integrated document publishing and distribution solutions. Through its in-plant facility and three satellite centers, P&D offers copying, digital and traditional printing and related services.

In an effort to provide the best value for customers, P&D also contracts out printing to pre-qualified private vendors using a low bid approach. P&D also offers a full suite of mail processing services and provides interagency and on-call delivery service.

P&D's goal is to provide publishing and distribution solutions which consistently meet or exceed customer requirements.

P&D Service Level Agreement

This service level agreement (SLA) documents the characteristics of the Publishing & Distribution (P&D) print and delivery services, which are mutually understood and agreed upon between the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) through its State Services Division (SSD), P&D and the Customer. The purpose of this SLA is to ensure that the proper elements and commitments are in place to provide optimal services to the Customer. The SLA will evolve over time, with additional knowledge of the Customer requirements, as well as the introduction of new services to the Customer.

Now you can track your important shuttle items
PacTrac barcode reader
PacTrac is Publishing & Distribution's new online package tracking system.

PacTrac allows you to track your packages and secure shipments using the State Shuttle Service. It's as easy as going to our website, entering the delivery details and printing a bar coded label.

Beginning January 1, 2009 there will be a charge for the use of the PacTrac System. The pricing is based on the security levels of the package(s) shipped. Levels 1 and 2 are $0.25 each and levels 3 and 4 are $3.00 each. P&D will bill users once a month. For information on security levels click on the classification policy link below.
