The Technology Support Center (TSC) provides its customers with a centralized point of contact for responsive IT services support. The TSC is committed to efficiently and effectively helping its customers and proactively identifying and solving problems in a teamwork environment. 

Help desk calls are usually answered within 30 seconds or less and many issues are resolved with a single call. With its triage-dispatching service, field technicians come right to the customer’s desk. Each TSC analyst takes personal ownership of help desk tickets, following through to the customer’s satisfaction. It’s all part of the TSC’s commitment to providing service excellence.

SERVICES PROVIDED
 
* Transition – Audio and Video Conferencing Services are now provided by OSU Managed Communications Services (via interagency agreement with DAS).  Audio, Web and Video conferencing services are also available via several statewide price agreements.
 
 
WHEN YOU CONTACT TSC

  • Please give us your name, organization, phone number and location.
  • Check your screen for error messages that may help us determine the cause of the problem(s).
  • Give us an estimated time factor when you experience a problem with response time (10 seconds, 2 minutes, none.)
  • Indicate the name of the system or software package with which you are encountering a problem.
