Wednesday, July 21, 2010 – 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The Business and Operations Workgroup will conduct a public meeting to review and consider amendments to Division 2, 5, 10, 30, 40 and 50 administrative rules and receive a budget update. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB Website on or before Tuesday, July 20, 2010.

Thursday, July 22, 2010 – 9:30 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. -- PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The OEBB Board will conduct a public meeting to elect or reaffirm officers for 2010-11, review and consider amendments to Division 2, 5, 10, 30, 40 and 50 administrative rules and receive updates on wellness initiatives, the OHA, the essential benefit plan and communications for the upcoming open enrollment period. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB Website on or before Tuesday, July 20, 2010.

Thursday, July 22, 2010 – 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. -- PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup will conduct a public meeting to receive updates on the patient safety requirements and current carrier programs relating to avoidable claims and review and consider additional preference sensitive procedures. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB Website on or before Tuesday, July 20, 2010.

Parking at the Dept. of Administrative Services General Services Building:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Full- and half-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure. Permits can be purchased at the Parking Office, 1225 Ferry St SE, 1st floor. The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location.
