Open Enrollment is from August 15 to September 15. You can enroll in new plans, change enrollments and update information during this time.

If you have questions or need help, the Open Enrollment resource center is the place to go. You can access an Open Enrollment meeting online, learn about who needs to enroll or be walked through the MyOEBB system with a guide.

Compare your plans during Open Enrollment

OEBB developed a tool to help you compare your plan options and the rates associated. Click on the red link to download the excel spreadsheet and use the drop down arrows to select the plans you want to compare. The spreadsheet will automatically populate the plan comparisons and how much it will cost. After you download the file, click "enable macros" if prompted. You can also view the plan comparisons and premium rates for all OEBB plans.

2010-11 New Tiers & Copayments

OEBB's medical plans for 2010-11 will include new tiers and copayments that encourage members to explore lower-cost, lower-risk medications, procedures and diagnostic tests that may offer similar, equal, or sometimes better outcomes for members.

New Weight Management Benefit
Weight Management
A new weight management benefit will be included in all OEBB medical plans effective October 1, 2010. Eligible employees and early retirees will have access to up to four 13-week Weight Watchers sessions per plan year, telephone coaching, and much more.

If you were Oregon PERS-eligible and worked in either a part-time research and/or faculty position at one or more Oregon public institutions of higher education in 2009, you will be eligible to enroll in OEBB health insurance during Open Enrollment (Aug. 15 - Sept. 15, 2010) for coverage effective Oct. 1, 2010.
