| Description |
|

The Corrections Population Forecast estimates the number of inmates in Oregon’s prisons over the next ten years. The monthly population projections are broken out to show the impact of major law or policy changes. Forecast updates are released every six months on or before the first April and October each year.

**NOTE: The Feb. 21 meeting will be at CCCF, the prison near the North Wilsonville exit off I-5 (CCCF), in the Gatehouse conference room. This is within the security area.

Corrections Population Forecast Advisory Committee
The Corrections Population Forecast Advisory Committee was formed in 1990 to assist the Office of Economic Analysis in preparing estimates of criminal offender populations in the State of Oregon. The Governor appoints members of the committee for four-year terms based on the members' knowledge of the criminal justice system and trends that may affect the offender population.
